Delete Your LeafScout Account

Option 1 — in the app (immediate)

1. Open LeafScout.
2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm. If you signed in with Apple, confirm with Apple once more — this revokes the App's access to your Apple Account.

Your data is erased from our servers and from the device right away.

Option 2 — by email (without the app)

If you no longer have the App, send an email to fazogirapps@gmail.com with the subject "LeafScout account deletion".

• If you backed up your collection with Google or Apple, write from that account's email address (for Apple's "Hide My Email", from the address that receives the relay mail). This is how we find and verify your data.
• If you never signed in, your account is anonymous and we cannot identify it by email. Delete it in the App (Option 1); deleting the App alone does not remove the cloud copy.

We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Delete some data and keep your account

• One plant — in Collection, press and hold it (or open it) and choose Delete. The record and its photo are removed from the device and from our cloud.
• Your collection on this phone — Settings → Back up & restore → Sign out. The plants leave this phone and stay only in your backup.
• AI Doctor history is stored only on your device; it is removed with the plant it belongs to or when you delete the App.

What is deleted with your account

• Your saved plants and their photos, in the App and in our cloud backup.
• Your account and its link to Google or Apple, including the email address.
• Your daily scan and AI Doctor counters and your subscription status record.
• Feedback you sent about results.
• Technical request logs that carry your account ID.

What is kept, and for how long

• Technical request logs (request ID, account ID, success or failure, request size — no photos) are kept for 90 days for troubleshooting and abuse prevention, then deleted automatically. Deleting your account deletes yours right away.
• Crash reports and usage analytics collected by Google Firebase are linked to a random ID, not to your name or email. Google keeps crash reports for 90 days and analytics events for up to 14 months, then deletes them.
• Purchase records held by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat are kept by them as required for billing and tax law. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.
